As part of this strategy, we pair all our consultants up with their very own “Personal Travel Coach”. These travel coaches are always available to provide assistance with anything from loading bookings onto our systems to what the best hotels are in a certain area. As well as this they have fantastic insights into how to search quotes, what to say on the phone and much more about being a successful consultant and closing a sale.
This can be an amazing source of support for consultants in the field. To have the guidance from a consultant with years of experience and millions of pounds in sales at their fingertips provides them with the opportunity to expand their business beyond any level they may have been capable of on their own.
This Monday we held our first “Mini Retreat” for new consultants who have signed up with us over the last few months. This event was designed to allow some of our Personal Travel Coaches the opportunity to pass on their strategies to succeed in the early stages of operation with Not Just Travel. It was a very informative day, and all attendees left with plenty of new ideas on how they would turn their business up a gear.
